These series of our needle punched polyester nonwoven fabric is mainly designed for shoe industry. Mostly for sports shoes and safety footwear.
- In application for sports shoes . Its used as stroble insole by needle punched with different strong knitting fabric and stitch clothes . After heat setting . the final polyester needle punched nonwoven has different hand feeling to fit different processing of sports shoes.
We have developed it for worldwide and brand sports shoe .due to its high tear and tensile strength . Bursting strength . Major thickness at 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm , 3.0mm . All our main stroble insole has its related Technical data sheet . Inquiry us if you need.
- In application for safety shoes . Its used as vamp/quarter liner . where requires Euro Norm standard on martindale abrasion resistance ( Dry condition > 51200 cycles no holes applied, Wet condition>25600 Cycles no holes applied) . Our needle punched polyester nonwoven for vamp/quarter lining can meet both old and New revised Euro standard. Mainly gramweight at 250gsm ,270gsm, 300gsm,350gsm, Thickness from 1.4mm~2.0mm.
Also products can be well printing , coating with self adhesive , hot melt glue .Our nonwoven will make your production smooth . and your shoes comfortable.
