Our nylon cambrelle lining is made of 100% nylon materials . Its technology can be spunbond and thermal bonded . According to different technology .The final products both has excellent tear strength , tensile and abarasion resistance . which its well used as safety footwear quarter lining and vamp liner .
Nylon cambrelle lining laminated with sponge foam , its used as confortable insole , due to its good abrasion resistance .
We can do lamiantion according to different thickness , like 1mm , 1.5mm , 2.0mm , 3.0mm, 4.0mm thickness of sponge foam with different density and width , color .
It is according to per EN ISO20344 standard , AZO Dye Free certificate available .
Our great success of techical is that we can make low gram weight as 20GSM etc but still good tear strength .Which is well used as filter materials and automotive interior etc.
